This is to inform you that after successfully completing the first group of porch siding and encapsulations, approximately 40 units, this is to notify you that it is the intention of TriCommand Communities to grant you the balance work of units, approximately 280 units, in the Laurel Bay Community. This is under the provision that no contractual changes occur between TriCommand Communities and the Department of the Navy, Actus Lend Lease, WinnCo LLC, or TriCommand Communities Subsidiaries that will prohibit the delegation of this work. Commencement date for this project is January 15, 2008, and its duration is expected to last approximately nine months to a year.
This letter is for reference and does not constitute a legal or binding contract between Mr. Mark Wright, Apple Siders, or its representatives, and TriCommand, Actus

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is to serve as notification that Apple Siders, Inc, has successfully completed their scope of work on the Beaufort Military Housing Project. Apple Siders' scope of work under this contract consisted of the demolition and replacement of pre-fabricated screen porch enclosures and the installation of new siding, soffit and fascia on portions of the homes during the renovation of 1008 homes at MCAS Beaufort, Laurel Bay. The total dollar value of this contract was $651,065.00
Due to the work being performed on Federal property there were no building permits issued by the county of Beaufort or the state of South Carolina. Instead the property owner, Tri-Command Military Housing, issued a notice to proceed and work commenced based on that direction.
Actus Lend Lease, General Contractor, performed all quality control in house without a state or county building inspector inspecting the work and issuing certificates
of occupancy. In lieu of a building inspector, Tri-Command Military Housing contracted Marx Okubo, Inc. to verify that all materials and work were being supplied and installed per plans
and specifications. This third party inspector issued letters of substantial completion that verify the work as being complete and ready for use.
I would also like to take this opportunity to commend Apple Siders, Inc. for their outstanding performance and successful completion of this project. Due to the diligent efforts by mark Wright, Apple Siders helped Actus Lend Lease complete the renovation of these homes 6 months ahead of schedule. Apples Siders, Inc. proved to have the knowledge and experience needed to perform their scope of work in a timely and most importantly, safe manner. I would not hesitate to hire Apple Siders, Inc. on future projects and look forward to the opportunity of working with Mark Wright in the future.

Actus Lend Lease
Mr. Wright of Apple Siders, Inc. sided my home and renovated my front porch in 2005. We were more than pleased with his work, and with the timely fashion it was completed. We are going to use him again to screen in our patio; in fact, we will any time in the future.
